The extension also stores settings, selected quote pages and authentication state in your browser so that its features work.
• Subscription information: your plan, subscription status and payment transaction information. Payment-card details are handled by our payment processor.
• Technical and usage information: IP address, browser and device information, service logs, pages viewed and interactions with our website and services.

How We Use Your Information

• Provide, secure and support the QuoteAway services.
• Create quotes and generate AI-assisted quote or social-media content at your request.
• Route enquiries submitted through Personal Websites or SearchAway to the relevant travel agent.

Browser Extension and Website Activity

The QuoteAway browser extension can run on supplier websites so that you can select holiday pages and create a QuoteAway quote. It does not send every page you visit to QuoteAway. Page URLs and content are sent when you choose pages for a quote and submit them using the extension. We use that information to provide the quote-creation feature and not to sell information about your browsing activity.

AI-Generated Content

Information you provide for quote or social-media generation may be processed by AI service providers acting on our behalf. AI output may contain errors, so users remain responsible for checking generated content before sending or publishing it.

How We Share Information
